BioI went to Penn State University and came out in the requisite four years with a degree in art (emphasis painting but I got into a little of everything while there). It was fun and absolutely useless. I'm trying to chalk it up to personal growth and not get too upset about it. Besides, I made lots of amazing friends there that helped shape my life, so it's not like I regret it or anything.
Right now I am unemployed and kind of actually loving it.
In Jan 2009 I went back to school at Montgomery County Community College to get up to speed on things like bio, chem and statistics so that I can be accepted into an accelerated BS program for nursing. This is a source of much pride and terror for me.
I am dating two of the most beautiful, wonderful, understanding people in the world and I wouldn't have it any other way. We've been living together for just over three years now and have not yet resorted to death threats or passive-aggressive notes tacked to the fridge. I am taking this as a good sign.

I'm a long-time pagan, though relatively quiet about it at the moment. Transition and all, you know? I still enjoy reading and watching, so I keep up with some LiveJournal comms on the subject (see below).
In my journal I rant, I vent, I ramble. I post a lot. I bitch, I namecall, I praise, I thank, I write, I post pics. If I offend you, let's talk about it. Snarking is only allowed if I've done something particularly snarkworthy (my discretion). About 75% of my posts are public so there's plenty to read if you don't have an LJ or aren't friended. I friend most anyone who friends me and haven't yet had to ban anyone from my LJ (that's not a challenge) so friend away. I will friend you back. Unless you are a Russian bot. Then, no.
